By accessing or using the software platforms (Cortex, Nexus, Prism) or professional services provided by Canopus Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Canopus"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these provisions.
Canopus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software platforms for your internal business operations. All subscription charges are billed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to the terms of your specific service agreement or enterprise contract.
You agree not to use the Canopus platforms to process, generate, or transmit any data that violates Malaysian regulatory guidelines, including BNM (Bank Negara Malaysia) compliance policies, cyber security regulations, or data privacy statutes under the PDPA 2010.
We provide a 99.9% uptime SLA for all deployed production environments. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Support channels, including dedicated engineers and hotlines, operate under standard Malaysian working hours unless premium SLA coverage is specified.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Canopus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data arising out of your use of the platforms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
